Refund and Returns Policy


At Deep 6 Diving, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to the above, we do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to our provided physical address.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to 14 Palmerston Crescent, Frankston South, VIC 3199, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
